Use this guide to learn how to pay your Aggressive Insurance policy, file a claim, and register for online access. Benefits of registering an online account include the ability to quickly file an auto/motorcycle claim online, view important policy details, and make/set up payments.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the policyholder page by clicking here (link will open in a new tab/window).
Step 2 – Press the “Policyholder Login” link to go to the sign-in page.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the input fields, and then click “Login” to access your account.
Forgot Password – Press the “Forgot your username/password?” link under the sign-in form. Enter your email address, and then press the continue button. Your username (and a new password) will then be sent to your email address.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – On the login page, hit the “Sign up For Online Access” link (near the bottom of the page).
Step 2 – Enter the following details into the form:
- Policy number
- Name
- ZIP
- Username
- Password
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Payments can be made over the phone (877-634-8533), online (click here to go to the online payment center), or by check/mail (address details can be found here under the “Pay By Check/Money Order” tab).
File a Claim
Step 1 – Vehicle claims can be filed online by going to the loss report page.
Step 2 – Enter the following information into the loss report form:
- First name
- Last name
- Home address
- Phone
- Mobile phone
- Vehicle year
- Make
- Model
- Name of driver
- Contact details of repair/tow company
Step 3 – Click “Next” to move to the next step of the process. You will need to enter a description of the accident, as well as any other required information. After submitting your loss report, a representative will contact you with further instructions.
