The guides on this page provide an overview of how to log in to your Farm Family Insurance account, create a new account, reset your password, make a payment, and file a claim. Farm Family’s online member portal is called “Client Services.”
How to Log In
Step 1 – Access the login page by going to the homepage and then clicking the “Pay Your Bill” link.
Step 2 – Press the “Go to Sign In Page” link near the bottom of the page.
Step 3 – Enter your username and password into the form and then click the “Sign On” button to access your account.
Forgot Password – Press the “Password?” link on the main login page. Enter your policy number, ZIP code, and last four digits of your social security number. Press the submit button and then follow the on-screen instructions to reset your password.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the main sign on page and then press the “Click here to register” link.
Step 2 – Fill in your email address, policy number, ZIP code, and last four digits of your social security number. Click the submit button, and then create your user credentials (username/password, etc.).
Make a Payment
Step 1 – Sign in to your account to make an online payment.
Note: If you want to make a payment on a life, annuity, or disability insurance policy you must go to https://portal.anico.com/.
File a Claim
Step 1 – Claims can be reported 24/7 by calling (800)-948-3276. You can also report a claim by getting in touch with your agent. More information regarding claims can be viewed here.
