Log in to your Transamerica life insurance account to view your policy details or make payments. You can manage your account 24/7 from anywhere by logging in to the website. Below are instructions on how you can set up a new account, log into an existing account and file a claim.
How to Log In
Step 1 – Go to the homepage by clicking on the “Login” link at the top of this page (the link will open in a new tab).
Step 2 – Locate the login form on the right-hand side of the screen as shown below.
Step 3 – On the login form, select “Life Insurance” from the drop-down menu.
Step 4 – You will be redirected to the life insurance login page. Enter your username and password, then click on the “Submit” button to access your account.
Forgot Username or Password – If you have forgotten your username or password, click on the “forgot username or password” link at the bottom of the login form. You will be required to select your country and provide some personal information to prove your identity before you can retrieve or reset your credentials.
Enroll in Online Access
Step 1 – Go to the homepage and locate the Register Now for as shown below.
Step 2 – On the drop-down menu, select “Life Insurance”.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the “Registration Disclaimer” page. Read the terms and conditions and click on “I AGREE” to proceed.
Step 4 – Select your country and enter contract or policy number and social security number. Click “Submit” to continue.
Make a Claim
